Arra kíván a projekt hatást gyakorolni, hogy a városban élők érezzék és tudják, hogy a település polgárai komoly történelmet írtak már és mindenki számra legyen nyilvánvaló, hogy Győr miért is a folyók városa, miért azonosítják a négy folyóval. Továbbá a megvalósítani kívánt aktivitásokkal az izolált közösségek közti kapcsolatteremtést kívánják fejleszteni.

A helyi értékek felhasználásával a győri identitás tudatosítása, a tradíciók élővé, mindennapossá tétele azaz egy közös városi emlékezet létrehozása a projekt célja, amely a lehetőségeknek megfelelően a mai kor „formanyelvein” szólítja majd meg az érdeklődőket.

 

 

Megvalósítandó tevékenységek:

      • Győr helytörténetét, kulturális sajátosságokat, városi legendákat feldolgozó kiállítás szervezése: Kevéssé ismert és ma már nem létező vagy még létező épületek bemutatása.
      • Városi, városrészi kulturális, helytörténeti túraútvonalak kidolgozása, túrák szervezése, „A kevéssé ismert Győr” bemutatása címmel.
      • Interaktív médiatár fejlesztése, egy geokódokkal ellátott felület kialakítása, ahol megkereshető, hogy egy adott épület ma hol van, illetve hol lenne.
